2 month agoUS President's representative John Cole arrived in Minsk: he held talks with Alexander Lukashenka and announced the White House's decision to lift sanctions on Belavia Airlines. At the same time, Lithuania announced the release of more than 50 prisoners from Belarusian colonies.

We are also discussing the release of 1,300 additional prisoners. Our conversation was a very good one. We discussed many topics, including President Putin’s visit to Alaska.
